This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on kawshop.us.com


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — which include hemp-derived, cannabis-related, or consumable items — all sales are final. For safety, legal, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Edibles, disposables, cartridges, or pre-rolls

  • Any product showing signs of tampering

We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing checkout.


2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The item was lost or undelivered due to a verified carrier error

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Include your order number and name in your message

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a full or partial refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Replacements

If your product is eligible for replacement due to being damaged or incorrect:

  • We will ship a replacement at no extra cost

  • Shipping time for replacements will follow our normal delivery schedule

We do not offer replacements for:

  • User-damaged products

  • Items mishandled during use

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, strength, or effect (as these are subjective)


4. Cancellations

We do not allow cancellations once an order is processed and shipped. However, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and it hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it on a case-by-case basis.


5. Shipping Return Exceptions

We do not accept physical returns. Do not send your product back to us. Any packages returned to our shipping address will be refused and discarded without notice.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank, we request that you first contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to handling all disputes fairly and transparently.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in a blacklisting from future purchases.
