1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Due to federal and state regulations, we do not ship internationally.

Please note: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally allowed to purchase hemp or cannabis-related products in your state.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard, priority, and express shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment using the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws, we do not ship to the following states where hemp or cannabis-derived products are restricted or prohibited. These may include (subject to change):

  • Idaho

  • South Dakota

  • Nebraska

  • Hawaii (select products)

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information

  • Items marked as delivered but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.


8. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There will be no mention of hemp or cannabis products on the exterior of the package.
